ROZ'S CORN BREAD
Lael Henderson, Recipe #6
1 cup melted margarine
Add 1 1/4 cup of sugar and stir well
Blend in 4 eggs
Add 2 cups of buttermilk with 1 teaspoon of baking powder in it
Stir and blend well
Add 2 cups yellow cornmeal
and 2 cups white flour
and 1 teaspoon salt
Pour into 9 x 13 pan, greased.
Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
Yield: 12 servings
