BARBECUE CHICKEN


Melissa Giles, Briant Giles, Recipe #3

Ingredients:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups ketchup
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp ground red hot pepper flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients for the sauce in crock pot.
Add the chicken and coat well with sauce.
Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is fully cooked.
Remove chicken, shred or cut it up, place it back in crock pot, and mix until the pieces are coated.
You can keep the crock pot on low to keep the chicken warm for serving on hard rolls.
