HOMEMADE WHEAT PIZZA

Cindy Baldwin, Mahon Baldwin, Recipe #7

1 c. hot water
1 T. (or packet) yeast
1 t. sugar
1 t. salt
2 T. vegetable oil
1 cup white flour
1-1 1/2 cups wheat flour

Dissolve sugar & yeast in water, let sit.
Add in other ingredients and knead.
Let raise 5-10 minutes (wheat dough usually takes a little longer than white).
Top as desired.
Bake at 425 for 12 minutes

  1. Oops... guess I was being a little ditzy when I submitted this. That's supposed to be "bake at 425 for 12 minutes."

    This crust recipe also makes DELICIOUS breadsticks.
