1 3/4 c flour
1 t baking soda
2 eggs
1 c pumpkin pie filling
1/2 c butter (softened)
1 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t ginger
1 c chocolate chips (optional - I typically leave them out to make a healthier snack)
Mix everything together.
Heat oven to 350 and bake for 15-20 minutes.
